Powder Mixers Type “Jolly”
The Jolly powder mixers represent an innovative and versatile solution for mixing and homogenizing powder and granular products. Designed and built entirely in stainless steel, these mixers guarantee perfect results in very short times, thanks to an exclusive operating principle based on three key elements: the shape of the tank, the mixing screw, and the variable inclination.
Available in six models — from the compact Jolly 20 liters up to the Jolly 2,500 liters for large-scale production — Jolly mixers are used in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, wherever precise, gentle, or intensive mixing is required, without compromising on quality
How They Work
The operating principle of Jolly mixers is based on the combined action of the mixing screw inside a specially designed tank. Thanks to the machine’s variable inclination, the products are continuously lifted and stirred, ensuring a homogeneous distribution of all components in the mixture. The result is excellent mixing quality in a very short time, typically 5 to 15 minutes depending on the products and the presence of lumps.

Main Advantages
Materials and Finishes
All Jolly mixers are made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. The inside of the tank is pickled with a “2B” finish and can be mirror-polished on request to improve product flow and facilitate cleaning. The exterior has a “brushed” finish. Welds are carefully ground both inside and outside. Rubber and felt gaskets can be supplied in versions compatible with food and pharmaceutical use.

Applications
Jolly mixers are used in a wide range of industrial applications: mixing tea with liquid flavors, preparing powders for instant drinks, colorants and ice cream bases, flours, homogenizing coffee powder, coloring plastic granules, and much more. Each machine can be integrated into automated production lines with loading via weighing cells and unloading through conveyors.
